Refunds

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase of any product or service within the first 5 days, you can cancel and request a refund within that period, excluding additional services and any applicable processing fees, which are non-refundable. Refund requests must be made during this time frame. After the 10-day period, no refunds will be issued. This 10-day refund policy is limited to one purchase per customer and account.

Governing Law:

Miscellaneous Provisions:
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and IMPACTFest Global. They supersede all prior communications. Any modification to these Terms and Conditions must be authorized by IMPACTFest Global. If any provision is found unlawful, it will be adjusted to reflect the parties' intent, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Channel Partners Must Be 18 or Older

We have a strict no-tolerance policy for minors on our site, whether real or impersonated. We also do not tolerate images of minors being uploaded. We reserve the right to report suspected minors to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and relevant law enforcement agencies. Reports of underage users will be reviewed immediately.
